I think this citations says it all: "ReactOS is an effort to create a Free Software replacement for Microsoft Windows(TM) that is compatible with existing hardware and software!" - there are 100 times as much people who use Microsoft than Linux/X11 - Windows is not Free Software - it is 100% compatible => they produce a Free (Speech) substitute. That is something people like to have and support. To get the same marketing effect, I think we whould have to define a "foe" whom we want to replace and which users are happy to find someone to help them. What does GNUstep substitute that is not "Free"? Cocoa? Windows? GTK? Qt? -- hns _______________________________________________ Discuss-gnustep mailing list [email protected] http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/discuss-gnustep
