#include <AppKit/NSFontManager.h>
to TerminalViewPrefs.h. I have to do that every time I compile
Terminal.app, too. It's a small nuance but Terminal hasn't been
updated for
years, so it's expected that it doesn't work out of the box anymore.
Exactly, that small fix. And maybe a couple of other things.
Do a CVS pull of GAP and you find a patched version of Terminal.
Everything is a moment on a halt to release that because of those GPL
license issues...
But it definitively works for me on linux and freebsd.
