We should do that ASAP, so that we can book the rooms.
I phoned the hotel and asked for a "group discount". They asked about
the dates, and quoted 65 euro/night. Which
looks good :-)
But according to their website, that is their standard discount if you
book two nights over a weekend, nothing to do with groups! ;-)
Since coordinating might be difficult, shall we just phone up the
hotel individually and book separately ?
