of the credit card, within the next 24 hours (by fax, phone or e-mail,
at your best convenience).
Sending a credit card number by mail is one thing (I am reluctant to
do so) but also requiring the CCV2 is IMHO ridiculous, it smells
outright like fraud. Did they also want all that data from you?
