You can resize the table column's width by dragging the right

Sorry, I cant get this to work here, neither dragging to the right
nor to the left side (I double clicked the NSTableView inside the
NSScrollView so that the small resizing anchors of the surrounding
NSScrollView turned from red to grey, then I grabbed the right side
of the column's title or top and tried to resize - after releasing
the mouse nothing had changed - this did work - with visual feedback
too - when there was one more column inside that NSTableView (but
then again I could never resize the rightmost column))
