After try again with the Enlglish.lproj, Spanish.lproj, etc directories, I found the problem. But, to Latin America, I will need add GuatemalaSpanish, MexicoSpanish, ArgentinaSpanish, etc. Unless that the user set GNUstep to Spanish language.
