Rather than installing a whole new OS, you might consider installing
Mingw and the GNUstep package in WINE. I've not tried using this
combination with GNUstep, but apparently it works well for cross-
compiling using other frameworks, so there's no reason to think it
wouldn't work with GNUstep.
