Hi!
I got my gna account up and running, looks like I have developer acces
to the GNUstep svn now. I have a couple of local patches which I would
like to commit. So I wanted to ask about the "svn commit policy". Are
there some scripts running which convert commit messages automagically
to Changelog entries? Do I have to write and commit Changelog entries
myself? Do Changelog entries have some strict formatting requirements?
Other things I should know?
