Hi,

I'm not interested into "polluting" GSPdf with a pretty-printer function like an a2ps frontend and all other functions of YAP are covered by GSPdf and LaternaMagica. I prefer one tool for each job.

At the most extreme, an a2ps frontend should be written which then calls GSPdf for viewing.

Let's see if somebody else calls for YAP survival. Maybe I find a quick fix for it, otherwise GAP won't adopt it.

I think is better implement this feature into GSPdf instead have two
apps.
For Yap, I'd also favor this route.
Regarding packages of Yap, there is at least a package for FreeBSD:
