I'm using the latest Windows Installer (0.28.1 I think). On Windows, for some reason, GNUstep creates a *.exe.a and a stamp.make inside the application bundle. Is there a reason for these two files? In particular, the *.exe.a file seems to confuse some people as far as what the actual executable is.
