Hi,

A couple of questions.

Who's currently using Opal aside from its own demos and GSQuartzCore?
Can we make something of a definitive list of Opal users?

Why?

I was having some discussions with Luboš about the NSFont patch for Opal
that I developed during GSoC. (Calling it a patch is very generous, since
it's a terrible hack stored in form of a diff-generated patch.)

Making a list of Opal using apps will be important in case changes are made
-- more real life tests are absolutely necessary for testing any
regressions and breakage. Back in June, Gregory[1] and Eric[2] have said
that to their knowledge noone uses Opal. If it is so, it may be a good idea
to simply apply the patch that is currently in GSQuartzCore repository to
trunk (as Eric suggested), and to start fixing stuff, writing tests, etc.

A tiny bit of info on patch is also available in the same thread[3].

If no app is mentioned, I think we can treat Opal's demos and
GSQuartzCore's demos as the only users of Opal, and act accordingly.
