The Nesedah theme is in Étoilé svn and can be enabled with (I think) $ defaults write NSGlobalDomain GSTheme Nesedah after copying the bundle into the Library/Themes directory. Unfortunately, the theme is slightly incomplete. In particular, scroll bars look horrible.
