Big improvement. Some observations: - <shift> constrain is too aggressive --- it shouldn't force the on- curve point into a line w/ the previous on-curve point - it shouldn't be necessary to switch to the hollow arrow tool to sub- select --- that should be an _option_ --- the program should be smart enough to figure out when I want to select an object (click somewhere other than a node), when I want to manipulate a node (click on / very close to a point or drag-select so that I only select a node) - it should be possible to click-hold and drag an object --- this burlesque of clicking to select, then re-clicking to initiate a drag is a bad waste of time / clicks - click to select should be more forgiving --- currently the requirement isn't lax at all --- there should be an option to set how many pixels off one can be - need drag-select to select multiple objects - need to be able to un-group rectangles (and the rectangle tool should be generalized to allow one to make other polygons --- for bonus points, when grouping an object, if it's a polygon, restore it to being such) - polygons need an option for rounding corners and all the other stuff I mentioned before. Things I may've forgotten: - holding down <Command> should switch to the solid arrow tool - it should be possible to put text into a box or graphic - text boxes should have options for auto-sizing horizontally and vertically and separate options for fill, stroke, &c. - need to be able to live-edit text on the page, have more than one font per text box, &c.
