The FreeBSD Foundation has just hired someone who will be (among other things) 
responsible for setting up infrastructure for providing up-to-date VMs with a 
specific set of packages.  Once the GNUstep ports are up to date (which, 
hopefully, I will have some time to work on over the weekend), this should 
become a trivial thing to do.
