Hello Jonathan, nothing similar is availabile in the core projects. You are welcome to use OpenGL directly, using NSOpenGLView.
There's some ancient information about 3DKit: http://www.gnu.org/software/gnu3dkit/ but to quote: "This package been decommissioned per the author, since it doesn't work with current GNUstep and there were no users."
