The window level seems to something wrong with as well. It works in relation to for example xterm, but not with other gnustep windows, z-ordering doesn't do what it is suppose to do... Maybe I can provide some more info if I examine some more. I tried both the port and from svn. Perhaps the problem is elsewhere?...
