buildtool gave me errors so I tried to write a GNUmakefile manually, I have
updated the repository:

https://github.com/nongio/ocdiscount

here the GNUmakefile:
https://raw.github.com/nongio/ocdiscount/master/GNUmakefile

now it builds without errors
