I'm looking forward to an automated procedure that could be integrated with
gnustep-make to produce Debian source packages automatically (with dummy
descriptions, dependencies et al until we make appropriate updates to
GNUmakefiles of libraries and applications), as we now have for creation of
binary Debian packages.

Regarding hosting, I currently run my website and any experiments relating
to "let's see if this builds on a clean machine!" on a host called
DigitalOcean. Billed hourly, smallest package of $5/mo is more than you
need.
