Vienna sounds lovely. We could go there even without a paper.

As an alternative, I might be able to work on organizing a meeting in
Dublin, Ireland. We can probably get space for hacking during weekend. And
the pubs are, of course, numerous. It might be more easily accessible to US
developers, too.

If there is interest in this rather than Vienna (or in addition to Vienna,
even!), I'll start pinging the relevant people and share more details.
