dependency, you can do without and then check and work with all
applications and sort it out later on.
That is more a question you should ask the respective OS you are trying
to install more than here on this mailing list.
2. I can't drag any icons or files onto the Gworkspace desktop, when I
try to do it the icon flicks back.
3. Similar to above, I can't drag any shortcuts to the Tabbed Shelf at
the bottom of screen, same result.
The issues seem related. Drag&DRop definitely works generally for me, I
will check on my Pi specifically.
There were issues because the constants change,d but those were fixed 2
years ago.
What version are you running? are you sure it is compiled.
I just checked for me and it works on Linux/x86 using "current". Both on
the Desktop and the Tabbed shelf. Please note tha tyou need to have the
"right spod" and the Desktop has a pretty large grid.
