I believe you can subscribe using the web ui at
https://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/discuss-gnustep or by e-mailing a
message with subject 'subscribe' to [email protected] .
I maybe wasn't clear enough : I've already subscribed for a long time.
But I don't receive, via discuss-gnustep or gnustep-dev, any copy of the
messages I send to the list, even if they a send to other suscribers as
you ;-), because you've read my message.
