Ok, thanks both of you for the feedback. It's a shame the project has gone dormant/defunct, I like about GNUstep that ages-old apps will still work on modern platforms, and don't need to go through conversions any time a particular fruit - flavoured OEM develops a new whim. Cheers,Graham.

For Preferences I suggest you to use SystemPreferences from GNUstep itself which is kept up-to-date, even if the look is more Mac-ish instead of NeXT-ish!
