HelpViewer 0.4 is out!
After years, HelpViewer has a new home in GAP, the GNUstep Application
Project.

This release is a maintenance release which fixes build problems with
modern GNUstep releases, improves makefiles and portability
* Fixed plist so it acutally registers the NSRole and HelpViewer now can
work as standard registered Help Viewer application for any App
* some Makefile cleanup
* improve size calculation
* Gorm interface redone from scratch and updated to current Gorm and GUI
versions
* memory leak fixes
* string optimizations
* much more core cleanups
A lot can be still done and implemented, but this is definitely an
improvement with no regressions, so I share it with your! A recommended
upgrade.
