To be clear.  This means that PC is not usable from the Dock of any recent
or past versions of WindowMaker because this variable is set by wmaker and
inherited by any process which is launched by the dock.  Does anyone else
think that PC should be released when it doesn't work from the dock and
will only work from the terminal if unset GNUSTEP_USER_ROOT is set?
