A new release for GNUmail (Mail User Agent for GNUstep and MacOS) and
Pantomime (portable MIME Framework): 1.4.0!

Countless enhancements and bug fixes in both Pantomime and GNUMail
should improve usability.
Pantomime:
* Code improvement, making ivars private. Fixes issues comiling with
latest compilers
* update string encodings to match latest GNUstep
* lot of 64 bit upgrades and signed/unsigned fixes
* minor speed improvements in data decoding
* fix signature detection
GNUMail
* New detailed App Icon!
* on mac 10.5 and later, use system notification label for unread
email count
* make several ivars private and use accessors
* big memory management fix in TaskManager. This fixes very strange
memory issues on GNUstep (not so evident on Mac)
* remove some no-longer needed GNUstep workarounds
* continue modernization of GNUstep code to use gorm files instead of
code
* better PGP/GPG support
* memory leaks fixes
