Hi Damianos.

One of the reasons I wanted to steer the web site discussions off of the mailing list is to keep discussion limited to the people actually putting in the work on the web site. I'm afraid that continuing web site design and implementation discussions in the mailing list sets up an environment where we're designing by committee which is NOT what we want to do.

I get your reason and mostly share it, not that the Mailing list is so high traffic.

I want to stress though that the topics I tried discuss on the Mailing List were not like "what color we want the menu bar" but rise topics which can be of interest of the whole community, at least the developer community. Understand what we are, if we want to give specific names to certain libraries, understand if we want to endorse certain desktop environments are not "Web site issues" but are broader topics which the Web site just reflects.

Looking forward to seeing you on github.

I'm on there, joined Zulip and feel free to mail.
