Let me start out by saying that even though I no longer contribute to
GNUstep due to time constraints, I still keep up with the list. I also have
an OSnews account and support the site.

Thom, the main editor at OSnews, is always pretty open, so I'd bet he'd be
OK with posting an article about the anniversary. I'd even bet that he
would write a short summary himself if asked.

It's pretty easy to submit news to the website. There's an option in the
menus. Thom is also active on Mastodon, I believe, so someone might be able
to reach out to him there. I'm not into social media, so I don't know much
about his work there.

Another option would be reaching out through his patreon account.

Let me know if I can facilitate contact with him.
