No idea. They were not aiming to do the same as WO. They were strictly single 
thread and with modern CPUs that does not make sense IMHO.

We have some areas that need improvement like:

* the apache adapter should keep the connection open
* we should do proper load balancing depending on the sessions / load
* we need a WOMonitor App that allows you to start / stop instances.

With modern AI tools those things should be pretty easy to add. The Apache 
adapter is currently very basic.
