Greetings, who was it that we where to contact regarding NSI's behavior?

a domain I transfered months ago, just received "final notice" :)

I've had other customers complain, however they never have time to bring 
their invoice from NSI to the office, now I have one of my own.

I'd love to get this stopped, cus it creates havoc here each time NSI sends 
a bill to a customer.
