Reading your website I noticed one thing you say:

I'd like to ask that this rule be changed. I think having one account that has
tens of thousands of names might cause problems. For example, when you login to
manage is it really going to take the time to list all of those names
efficiently? In my attempts to be GENTLE on moo.tucows.com, I've been
registering ten or so domains names in each username/password account.

I propose that we just forward you a list of domain names that we are claiming
to own. You can spot check 10% of them through whois. (I'll write a script for
you to do this if you want). Or perhaps you can get OpenSRS to cooperate and
check that the list of domains returned by the "winner" (or at least whoever
claims to have the most domains), by doing something simple like making sure
there are at least that many domains in the system with that administrative
e-mail address.
