Although I am not an active Opensrs agent, I have been using one, and I received
invoices for two domains today.  Then 10 minutes later, I receved the
acknowledgement that my transfer request has been approved.

This has happened to every domain I have been transferring.  I'm happy to join a
Class Action suit of any kind against NSI.
