My client has a domain name is EasySpace that would like to be transferred to OpenSRS. From what I understood, I have to initiate the request at EasySpace and they'll contact OpenSRS to do the rest. I emailed EasySpace about this, they said it only applies to domains whose tag holder is EasySpace, and asked that we have to pay them $35 administration fee to do that. I'm not familiar with the actual process of UK transfer but I feel this is weird coz the domain was registered by EasySpace. Shouldn't be the tag holder already? What's a tag holder anyway? Does anybody have similar experience with UK transfer? I'd very appreciate if you can share it with me. Thanks a lot!
