Gee, this sure smacks of the Indian registration price-war
notices that were here a while back.
I think it is bad business policy to spam the lists of
your competitors. I also think it is an indication of
weakness.
Tucows is a known, proven business entity that commands
respect of peers in their industry.
I would bet they would make sure they had a good translator,
were they to advertise in China.
To summarize: bad taste, bad practice, bad English, BAD SPAMMER!
You can always get anything cheaper somewhere.
