Hi,
In fact we did respond on Oct.30th (1 business day later) to you. I
checked the replies. I'll forward you a copy of the reply privately in
case you misplaced it.
And for those who haven't noticed their hold_balance, the fees for the
upgrades are already placed on hold, and will be removed from the account
when the domain registration is finalized, which is expected to be
November 8th.
