Well,

30 seconds after the decisions were made the document was published... but I
did not put it into my bookmarks.

Many proposals were turned down... It was a long but interesting broadcast.
Finally they have got to .web :-) Supporters for IOD claimed (of course
unofficially) that Affilias bribed ICANN officials (guess they would not
like to loose their existing .web registrations... OpenSRS, go for .moo!).
Others claimed that IOD (this opinion was voiced on the meeting) was
operating a working .web root registry and this behaviour should be
discouraged. But I guess you all know this...

Finally someone (a very brave guy he had to be :-)) pushed through a vote
for postponing the delegation of .web because of the debate, but second
.info for Affilias. Meeting dimissed. I do not care about the other TLDs :-)

So far soo good - however, it seems like we all have to wait until March.
This is not yet a final decision. They have just chosen the applicants that
might be selected later.

"RESOLVED [00.___], the Board selects the following proposals for
negotiations toward appropriate agreements between ICANN and the registry
operator or sponsoring organization, or both: JVTeam (.biz), Afilias
(.info), Global Name Registry (.name), RegistryPro (.pro), MDMA (.museum),
SITA (.aero), NCBA (.coop);"
