Yes, I read that the late period (still reserved for the owner) is pushed
back from Nov 1 to Dec. 1st.
Name will be de-activated on Dec 1st, but reserved for the original
registrant until January 31st. And on Feb 1st - released to public. Did
they decide to scrap the extra $20 fee for pre-reg processed during this
time? I no longer see mention of it on the CIRA site.
