I am now starting to get additional emails from more people who have been
defrauded by Scott Byers of CISNetworks. You all may recall that my runin
last spring resulted in Tucows doing absolutely nothing and Scott getting
away with thousands. He is now scamming more people promisiing and then
getting ccards and misusing them. A word to the wise, don't fall for
anything from CIS orcScott Byers

contacted by others before - but it looks like the Scott Byers you have
been looking for has surfaced at ps2storecanada.com as a subsidiary of
CISNetworks.com

A lot of people now are suspecting a scam. So, if you have any other
info, the point of contact that I know is the Canadian Better Business
Bureau 613 751 4443 attn: Bob Whitelaw. He is probably aware of other
organizations that are looking into this guy.
I

I wish I saw your post on opensrs before I ordered.
Michael, was there every any lasting criminal findings. Scott seems to be
managing a
possible site to commit credit card fraud:

www.ps2storecanada.com and www.ps2storeusa.com

Any information you can provide would be appreciated. The company is
located in Moncton,
Canada. I have started talks with the RCMP in Moncton as to possible credit
card fraud. Specifically, was this reported to the FBI, and do you have a
contact.
