CIRA login info

I like to keep my customers as informed as possible, but I can't do that if
I don't know the procedures myself. My understanding was that with CIRA, you
would set up a profile which you would use for subsequent names and not have
to go through the entire agree process each time.

I have registered 2 names for ourselves a week apart, second one after the
first was complete. I ended up with 2 sets of logins. Did I do something
wrong along the way?
