We do nothing. We trust that the RSP is acting in the interests of the
Registrant and we make the change. If we make a mistake, we correct it
(hasn't happened yet). It's not ideal, but it provides honest to goodness
registrants with the service they need, and only a minimal security hole
(ie. we're only dealing with nameserver changes, which can be corrected
easily. Org_name changes (which we aren't accepting) are a whole other
ballgame.
