NSI billing transferred domains...

OK, what are we supposed to be doing at this point in time with 
invoices sent by NSI for domains that have been transferred?

Is there someone at tucows that's keeping track? Or should be be 
contacting the person who is trying to get the postmater general 
involved?

Or both :)?
