NSI transfers

Does anyone know if NSI sends any email to the registrant trying to transfer
away from them?
My customer just lost a bunch of email messages when Netscape crashed. I
have resent the OpenSRS ones, but should she have received something from
NSI as well that she needs to respond to or would the default be 'okay to
transfer'?
