Regarding Upgrading to 2.3:

When I upgraded to 2.22 for .ca It took me a week to discover that it
wasn't working in the live environment, because the docs said NOTHING
about having to use a new key. Very frustrating. Before I take the
plunge and go to 2.3, please tell me if that is the case with this
upgrade too. It's easy to generate a new key, I know, but it wasn't
obvious that that was the problem last time. I just want to avoid
dumb errors this time around.
