I agree that the RSP should be notified when a domain is transferred to 
another Registrar (and to another RSP).  It is important for us to be kept 
in the loop so that we can properly service the customer.

I also agree that transferred domain names should not continue to appear in 
the Reseller Interface "as valid and in-force."  However, I would like a 
record of the transferred domain name to remain available in the Reseller 
Interface, for audit trail purposes.  We should be able to tell, at first 
glance, which domains are in-force and which have been 
transferred.  Perhaps a note in the comments section of the record could 
say "transferred on nn/nn/nn to XYZ Registrar or RSP".  Perhaps, too, the 
transferred away domains would appear under a new link on the Reseller 
Interface, such as "Transferred Away" or something.
