We use Worldpay, but we still have an Instabill account which we use for
Discover and American Express.
Instabill turn down a lot of valid cards as their AVS can't really handle
overseas cards.
Also, they charge 10% fee and 10% holdback for six months which makes it
less attractive than our current system.
On the good side, they pay out every two weeks and we have never had a
problem getting paid.
