Multilingual things... who is faster?

Something just came to my mind:   We RSPs will be given our bulk access at "8:00 AM sharp" as OpenSRS informed us. Then we will have to go through one or through pages, and submit our requests at, say, 8:00:30... while others at other registars might have already submitted their request, which would automatically get submitted to the registry at 8:00:01...   Do I misunderstand the system or is the above thing correct? Do I have more chances to get whateverdomain.com if I send the same requests through other registars as well? Also, are "smaller" registars better, as they have less domains to submit? Is there some public info available on this subject anywhere?   - Csongor
