Actually that has been a problem for several months, or it begins to
happen when you hit a magic number of registered domains in your reseller
account.

The workaround it to hit the STOP button in your browser, and then do a
refresh/reload.  It will usually come right up on the second or third try.

The down time on Saturday night was scheduled maintenance that all active
RSP's were informed of on Thursday.
