If you go to CPAN and locate XML::Parser, you can go into the Author's
directory (by clicking on the Hyperlink for the Author's name). You can
get 2.29 - it works fine.
BTW - the manual calls for at LEAST 2.28, not EXACTLY 2.28 :)
