RE: .co.uk redelegation

Hi folks,

Change of topic, though maybe not much! I tried without much luck to find
info on this in the mailing lists and www.nic.uk.

I can register .co.uk names fine through OpenSRS, but the nic.uk website
implies that if a domain is already delegated to one ISP, it cannot be
redelegated without doing a registran transfer. Is this correct? If I
request a tagholder name change to OpenSRS, does that mean OpenSRS will
charge me for the domain registration? Any advice appreciated.
