Totally out of curiousity, the situation isnt similar with new
registrations, is it? In other words: is there a grace period where you can
reverse an order? I am fully aware of OpenSRS's policy on 'oops I didnt
mean to register that please refund me!!' situations, I was just curious as
to what the VRSN<->OSRS process/procedure was on such things.
