A good question - I would say that if you have a time sensitive issue, you 
are best served to give us a call. I will see if the support department can 
come up with a better more formal way. Obviously, this is a bit of a real 
tricky issue - anytime you offer a system for getting to the front of the 
line, you open the door for abuse and error. Suggestions, are welcome.
